My Perfect Stranger leaves many puzzles that make the audience theorize. The entire plot of this kdrama invites the audience to find out the original serial killer of Woojung Village. The main character who does time travel makes this kdrama story even more interesting.
In the early episodes, Ko Mi Sook (Kim Hye Eun) said that women can also commit brutal murders, not just men. The audience seemed to be given a clue that the original killer or his accomplice was a woman. Here are four suspicious female characters in the first six episodes.
1. Ko Mi Sook

Ko Mi Sook, played by Kim Hye Eun and Chi Hae Won, is a character suspected of being a serial killer. Because, she knows in detail the murder that occurred in Woojung Village in 1987. In the latest unreleased novel, Baek Yoon Young (Jin Ki Joo) realizes that the story is based on a true story.
Not to mention Ko Mi Sook said that the novel is like a confession for a murderer from 30 years ago. The important point is that the writer is the one who knows the story best. That’s why Ko Mi Sook is the most suspicious character for the audience.
2. Ko Mi Sook mother

Ko Mi Sook is told to live with her mother (Lee Jung In) and older brother named Ko Min Soo (Lim Jong Yun/Kim Yeon Woo). Ko Min Soo was arrested and imprisoned as a murderer in Woojung Village and only released in 2021. However, he did not admit that he was the murderer and felt defamed.
On the one hand, after going back to 1987, we can see Ko Min Soo and Ko Mi Sook under pressure from their mother. When her mother saw that Ko Min Soo’s house was a mess after he tried to hurt Baek Yoon Young, she told Ko Mi Sook to clean it up to avoid being caught. Her strange movements make her suspected of being involved in a murder case.
3. Chung A

Chung A (Jung Shin Hye), the owner of Bong-Bong Tea Shop, is also not spared from the audience’s suspicions. Plus the lighter that characterizes the serial killer comes from his teahouse. Chung Ah is considered too often highlighted if she is only an extra character without an important role.
Many viewers were suspicious of her because she suddenly disappeared from the shop when Lee Ju Young (Jung Ga Hee) was supposed to meet the blue hat there. Especially since Baek Yoo Seob (Hong Seung An), the owner of the blue hat, did not enter the shop, the suspicion grew. Chung A’s true identity is also worthy of suspicion.
4. Kim Hae Kyung

Although there are no clues that lead to Kim Hae Kyung (Kim Ye Ji), she seems to have a close relationship with Ko Mi Sook. Kim Hae Kyung looks like a bullying schoolgirl. She also dislikes Lee Soon Ae (Seo Ji Hye) and once almost harmed her when they were by the river.
However, Kim Hae Kyung is helpless when dealing with Ko Mi Sook. On the day of the school ranking announcement, he exchanged glances with Ko Mi Sook for a long time. It raises the question of what relationship he has with Ko Mi Sook. It is worth looking forward to her character development.
It is still quite early to conclude who the real killer is that Yoon Hae Joon (Kim Dong Wook) and Baek Yoon Young are looking for. Even so, it never hurts for viewers to have speculations while waiting for the latest episode of My Perfect Stranger. Which character makes you the most suspicious?
